These terms apply to your use of the Aladay app and website. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

Our services

Aladay lets you order groceries, restaurant food and Fresh Truck products, and book laundry and home services. Some products and services are provided by partner stores, restaurants, laundries and professionals. Availability depends on your address and the time.

Your account

You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Orders and prices

• Prices, fees and delivery times are shown before you confirm. Delivery times are estimates.
• An order or booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation in the app.
• If an item is unavailable, we may substitute it with your consent or refund it.

Payment

You can pay online, with your Aladay wallet, or in cash where offered. Wallet credit can be used across Aladay services and cannot be withdrawn as cash unless required by law.

Cancellations

You can cancel orders and bookings in the app before they are prepared, picked up or started. Fees may apply to late cancellations as shown in the app.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, place fraudulent orders, or abuse riders, partners or staff. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

We take care to provide our services properly. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
