Delete your Aladay account

This page explains how to delete your account in the Aladay app (developer: Aladay, Dubai, UAE) and the data linked to it.

How to request deletion

1. Email aladayuae@gmail.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my account". You can also message us on WhatsApp or call +971 52 485 0228, or write to us from Support in the app.
2. We will confirm the request with you, to protect your account from someone else asking to delete it.
3. Your account is deleted within 30 days and we will tell you when it is done.

What we delete

• Your profile: name, email address and phone number.
• Saved addresses and location data.
• Notification tokens, device data and marketing preferences.
• Support chats that are not needed for an open order or dispute.

What we keep, and for how long

• Order, payment and invoice records, kept only as long as UAE tax and accounting law requires. They are no longer linked to an active account.
• Records needed to settle an open order, refund, dispute or fraud case, until it is resolved.

Please use any wallet balance before you ask for deletion. Unused wallet credit and referral rewards end when the account is deleted.

Delete some data without deleting your account

You can delete saved addresses in the app at any time. To delete other data, such as old support chats, or to get a copy of your data, contact us using the details above.
